“For back up power to our home we purchased from 7M Fabrication a Cummins Model C3N6 Quiet Connect Generator. Doing business with Juston and his professional staff at 7M is a pleasure. The generator is quiet to begin with (60 decibels @ 23 feet) and Juston installed it on the opposite side of our garage. When running it cannot be heard inside the house. We lost power last week due to ice and freezing rain, the generator kicked in perfectly. We could not be happier with the whole process working with Juston and the other folks at 7M. Highly recommended.”

“If I could do -100/100 stars I would. 1 star is far too kind. The first day they were supposed to come out, they completely ghosted me despite me checking up on them for an ETA. I should’ve just cancelled right then and there but I tried to give them a chance. Well, 2 guys come out, 1 is supposedly in training and he was sweet. The other told me he was charging me by the hour and the proceeded to talk to me for several hours about his personal issues. He also refused to listen to me when I told him what was wrong with the AC. He just kept mansplaining and talking over me. They did not fix the AC and charged me 413$. It’s exactly as it were before. Not only that but he changed his story as to what he said he did when he was talking to me vs talking to my boyfriend. Horrible company with no integrity.”

To their credit, the work did meet expectations and they showed up the day after I called, so the service itself was good quality. However, I cannot recommend them unless it's an emergency because the value for money just isn't there. I had decided to trial the different companies in town at different locations and 7M charged me over $850 for something that two other businesses would have charged ”

Sorriest Customer Service ever! I even called the owner, Justom Martin, and he has not bothered to call me back.”
