They were more than happy to negotiate to a fair deal that competed well with market pricing. One of the items, a ceiling fan, they had in stock. They sold us the extended downrod and the slope modifier kit because we were putting the fan on a slope, which the owner noticed and helped us get all the right pieces. We also bought a wall switch for the fan. Our foyer and great room are all set!”
