Ben came out and gave estimates, answered any questions I had and was all around helpful the whole step of the way. “I hired this contractor to do what he called a simple job...a generator power inlet box. I asked the owner to do the work himself and even paid more than what others quoted for quality work. I was assured by his support staff that his helpers were qualified. What was supposed to be a simple job turned into the job from hell. Safety was neglected, parts didn't fit, fuses were blown, and appliances were ruined due to shoddy work and neglect. The owner had to intervene several times to fix the problems. I paid for a permit to be pulled and even that was a problem due to an invalid company credit card. Even after all of this, I saved the owner money by having ruined appliances fixed through my home warranty. I saved him hundreds of dollars by offering to do this. No appreciation at all. I asked the company on (3) occasion to come by afterwards and check their work (completely at their convenience) prior to the hurricane season to feel comfortable it was still working properly. This would have been a 15 minute visit at best. Support staff said the owner (Ben) would be in contact. He has yet to return my call. If I treated a customer like this, I'd be embarrassed.”
