“This experience was exceptional! The company that installed my system has gone bankrupt so Tesla directed me to its trusted installers in the area. I picked Option one right at the top. Natasha was professional and very clear with communication from the start. She set proper expectations on communication with Tesla would take a week or two. The day she received the go ahead from Tesla she called and scheduled the install asap 4 days out. Later the same day they had a cancellation and were able to get everything scheduled the next day. My generator has been in and operating a few months now, and as it always happens, we haven’t had a single outage since.
