“I’m sure they would be great if they ever would show up. I waited all day for an appointment that was supposed to be at 9. I finally called them back at 1:30 and I’m not even sure they ever had me on their schedule. The person working the phone thought I was another commercial customer and told me everyone had already left for the holiday!!! I spoke with a manager who was supposed to call me back and he never called back. Then as I was driving out of my house I saw their truck two houses down from mine. What has happened to customer service these days.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Coty Owen Electrical saved the day at my house. I had my service line changed from overhead wire to underground cable. The work was started by a different firm but they were not able to complete the work. Coty Owen kindly agreed to inherit the job and they came through with flying colors. They did a fantastic job with their own work and sorting out the mess of others. They are incredibly professional, courteous, and diligent - and despite having to work under the August sun never made a single complaint - they just got on with the work and did a quick and efficient job at a very fair price. “I called to have a guy come out to get a quote, the lady had a bit of an attitude but thought everyone just has bad days and didn’t think much of it. The guy came out early the next week and said he would get me a quote. As someone who had never hired an electrician before I did not know how long it would take for them to get back to me. I called 6 hours after the guy left and asked the ladies in the front. The lady was disrespectful and said that I was going to have to wait until Friday or the next Monday because it was a holiday weekend. That was totally fine but the attitude was uncalled for. I waited until next Tuesday and heard NOTHING! It had been a week and I had not received a quote for one outlet to be installed. So I called again and asked if maybe I missed it in my email or I was doing something wrong and she told me she could not help me and I was going to have to call the guy that gives at the quotes. I called and left a voicemail and he never got back to me. Overall, unresponsive, disrespectful, and untimely. As someone who works in the customer service industry this was extremely disappointing. I ended up using a different company that came out and gave me a quote and got the job done in 24 hours. Could not be more confused and disappointed with this business.”

They said they could make an appointment but couldn't give me any kind of quote, but they'd charge me to come out for half an hour of drive time and a minimum one hour. Said they'd have someone call me but couldn't guarantee that I'd get a price before they came? They came highly recommended, but I'm not going to do business with someone that won't even give me a ballpark idea how much something is going to cost.”
