What Customers Say
“I wouldn't use this company even if their services were free. My house got hit on February 14 and I called Crest to help me with this disaster. The lightening hit the Flue on my roof, it the cord that was connected to my furnace, it ignited my gas stove below my oven in which it hit the pilot light and we had fire below. We called the fire department and they shut our gas off. Our internet, panel for our sprinkler was out, our garage door opener didnt work, our security system was out and some other smaller items. I received a call from this company to inform me that i owed them, with my discount, $805.46 for 2 1/2 hours of work . The technician replaced a gfi and the out let to my oven. I think he did one other thing, but I paid them without a break down of his service. Their fee was $285/ hour and the tech said they have the best prices in town. I am a senior and this is garbage. Wish I didn't call these guys. Wish a zero was an option, because that is what I would give them.”
“Alex and his assistant got the job done quickly and efficiently. They installed a new outdoor floodlight and a whole house surge protector in our garage. He thoughtfully installed the protector at eye level so both lights can be seen from across the room. Alex is the most highly qualified and knowledgeable electrician I have ever met. If you have any not so run-of-the-mill questions, he is your guy. He knows everything. I would request him for any of our electrical needs. If your experience is anything like ours, you will not regret it.”
“I have never been a client but one of the workers cut me off in traffic twice. He was speeding , tailgating , and driving eradic. Please make sure your employees respect others. It dosen't make your company look very good.”
“They wired our new home and were able to answer a late night call Sunday when our 220v dryer circuit kept tripping. Thanks Tim for the after hours help.”
“Crest electric wired our new house for the 2 years we have been here kitchen breaker trips repeatedly they came out said it was overloaded but did not do any checking to find out what was causing it? The fridge , dining room plug, gfi plug and usb plug all on same circuit? They said warranty would not cover this? I have filed complaint with state of Texas licensing department due to this? This company has been extremely rude and unprofessional every time I have called. Had another company come out here they made one repair but breaker tripped less than a week later. They came back did all kinds of troubleshooting ran all appliances multiple times and said nothing was overloaded? They suspect it is wiring in wall causing issues? Then today breaker tripped 2 times the last time no appliances were even in use. I called crest again today and she was extremely rude would not even listen and still said it was overloaded? She said she would charge me $275 an hour if they came out here? When this should have been under warranty. This is a fire hazard …. And they don’t care because it’s not there family or property at risk….”
