Cummins Southern Plains Llc
Electrician · Arlington, TX
About
Cummins Southern Plains Llc works as an electrician based in Arlington Texas. The outfit takes on electrical jobs for homes and businesses around the area where summer heat pushes air conditioning units hard and storms knock out power lines on a regular basis. Local houses often need updates to handle extra load from new appliances or added rooms and the crew steps in to sort out panels outlets and wiring that has seen too many years of Texas weather. They stay ready for calls when breakers trip or lights flicker without warning.
They handle panel upgrades when older 100 amp setups can no longer keep up with modern demands and they fix sparking outlets or buzzing breakers that show up after heavy rain. Jobs include running new circuits for EV chargers or kitchen remodels and they move fast on emergency calls for complete power loss. Crews show up with the right tools to trace faults in walls or replace damaged wiring while keeping the work area clean and the power back on the same day in most cases. Homeowners in Arlington count on them for straightforward repairs that hold up once the job is done.
Customers give strong marks for how quick the team responds to calls and the solid quality of the fixes that last without callbacks. Communication stays clear from the first phone contact through the final walkthrough so homeowners know what is happening and what it will take. Speed stands out above the rest while quality work earns steady approval even on tougher jobs. DIRT Score 4.07 from 25 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“Semi truck entrance is from 106th st Their neighbors across the street (106th St) were very nice and let me stay overnight at their place. ( keep it clean). I moved to the street at 6:35 am. Cummins Sales and Service will not let you in earlier than 7:00 am due to the company’s policy. However, they are nice guys and unloading fast. I backed up (90) from the street and didn’t have any problem. Use caution and watch upcoming traffic”
“We were driving from Arizona to Georgia when our water pump went out on our Diesel Pusher RV. We called Cummins and found out that they have 24 hour parts service. The rep in Dallas was very unhelpful and told us that there would be a $60 charge to even go look and see if they had the part in stock. We thought we were closer to Dallas but ended up being closer to Arlington. George who works in Arlington was a great help. It turns out he could tell us what was in inventory over the phone in Dallas and in Arlington. We ended up at the Arlington facility where George met us to get the part. There was a $60 call out fee which we didn't mind paying as long as we knew they had the part. George was great in that he didn't mind coming out on a Friday night to help out and make sure that the part was the right fit. Thank you for your great customer service!”
