“I strongly advise against using Energy Renovation Center. During my solar installation, they installed a non-Square D breaker into a Square D electrical panel something that raises serious concerns about code compliance and manufacturer specifications. Since the installation, an adjacent circuit has repeatedly tripped even when not in use, indicating a likely issue with breaker compatibility or improper installation. This is not just an inconvenience, this is a potential electrical safety hazard involving the main panel. I have attempted to get this corrected for nearly a year. Their Riverside, CA office has since closed, and despite repeated outreach, I have received little to no response from the company. At this point, I am escalating the issue to the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and other authorities. If you are considering this company, understand that you may have difficulty getting them to stand behind their work. I would strongly recommend choosing a contractor that follows proper electrical standards and remains responsive after installation.”

“Great experience pre and post sale. System was installed quickly 2 years ago and still works as promised. Joey personally helped with my install making sure everything was how I wanted it. We asked to have it installed hundreds of feet away from the house and fenced off and it was done! Battery backup lets us use our stored energy for evening use and peace of mind during Texas weather. The mobile app works great and is easy to use. Highly recommend!”
