“Requested service online Tuesday afternoon and had the first appointment on Thursday morning. Nick was the service tech. We had 3 issues and was expecting the worse case scenario to fix (rewiring). Nick tackled each issue one at a time and diagnosed each one explaning the issue and what the fix would be. He was in and out within an hour. Extremely knowledgable and polite. Cleaned up after.
