“I scheduled Kings Electric to inspect 2 ceiling fans that quick working. They scheduled someone the next day. They went above and beyond when troubleshooting the fans, taking them down, inspecting the outlet in the attic, panel and switches. They even took the reciever out of a working fan to verify it was 2 faulty receivers before making their recommendation. Great service and I'll be using them again if needed.”

He showed up on time and was very thorough as I walked him through my house. I'm one of those unfortunate home owners with aluminum wiring from the 1970s. He checked out everything and we agreed on pigtailing all my outlets and switches. They also could add a dedicated circuit for my microwave. The estimate they sent was fair and they were able to schedule my repairs within a week. The electricians showed up right on time and worked for 2 days. Then I received a call from Austin that they wanted to come out and check out a possible problem they found in my attic. After much searching they found that I had a rogue wire [left by the company that updated my kitchen years ago] which could have been a major problem. They fixed that problem, no charge. Unbelievable! In this day of everyone complaining about nobody getting service like "in the good old days" the Kings Electric is out to turn things around. I could not be happier.”
