He was diligent in diagnosing and repairing an elusive wiring problem. Joe was very courteous and professional. Also, my initial telephone contact with Tudor was with Abby. “Technician was on time (30 minutes early actually) and very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it, and even took the time to make sure other issues were resolved as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the billing. The first 30 minutes is a flat rate of $95 for the service call, which is pretty much standard. But even though the work only took 30 minutes, he was on site a little longer and so I was charged for an additional half hour (at an hourly rate of $95). With trade skills like these you definitely get what you pay for, so even though it felt a little pricey for a quick house call, I'd recommend them because the job was done well and quickly.”
