“I called Gilbert electric because I had a problem with the kitchen fixture that wasn't working properly. They scheduled the work to be done and showed up exactly when they said they would. Chris, the main technician, and his helper Matt were very personable, professional, and skilled. They recognize the problem, fixed it promptly, cleaned up after themselves, and presented a very reasonable bill. I asked them if I could take advantage of their 10% senior discount, and they promptly applied it to the charge. I highly recommend Gilbert electric based on the excellent experience that I had with them.”

“I visited Gilbert Electric early Friday morning regarding a loss of power to my A/C in my home. Since it was unusually hot weather for late-September and the power loss occurred just at the end of the week before the weekend, I knew I was in dire straits and needed professional assistance ASAP. As it turned out, I arrived before the business was open for the day. My first encounter with an employee was with a very pleasant young female who, as it turned out, was a Journeyman Apprentice. Patiently and with interest, she listened as I described my situation before going to a gathering of her fellow electricians who were gathered in the parking lot. One of the electricians came over to me to ascertain additional details about my situation, then invited me inside the office to meet the Supervisor. The Supervisor was courteous, friendly and very much in control of operations. I provided my contact information and a map for directions to my home. In less than an hour later, two electricians - Chris and Max - were at my front door. They diagnosed the cause of the power loss (bad breaker in the outside breaker box) and repaired/replaced the faulty breaker in less time than it took to type this review. Heartily recommend Gilbert Electric if you need professional, efficient, and courteous electrical service. Customer Service like this is rare nowadays.”
