“This company is a straight scam! I've hated everything about agreeing and signing a contract to get solar through this company. It took months to get the panels up and running then we started having issues and now they don't work properly. We can't even monitor them because they have been disconnected from the app for months. We need to have a roof replacement and no one responds to emails, phone calls or texts! The sales guy Joseph lied to us about the tax break, getting negative light bills and all. It's all a scam, Brandi the COO just stopped responding all together and her son Mike, who's the owner, NEVER replied to not one call, text or email. We are so frustrated because now we have tripled what we pay for electricity. We have not once seen a negative light bill and the tax break wasn't enough to pay down the loan so now our loan is over $400 with a company, Mosiac, that has went bankrupt. I regret even letting Joseph come into my house to talk about solar that day, biggest mistakeof my life. This company is the biggest scammer there is and we are out thousands of dollars now for over 20 years. If I could give 0 stars, I would.”

“ETA: 6 months later and the solar panels STILL ARENT WORKING!!!! Absolute scam company. We’ve had our panels for a year and they’ve NEVER worked - as in pulling ZERO energy. They don’t return phone calls, text messages or emails. There phone even now goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. Our average electricity before this horror show was $110. We now have an electric bill of $300 and a loan installment of $110. We’re paying $400 a month to have a shiny roof. We’ll be suing at this stage.”
