“These guys used aluminum wiring for an outlet they knew was for an EV charger. When asked to come out to inspect a burning smell and power trips, their only finding was too big of aluminum wiring was used. I had to hire a different electrician to come out and fix this before my house caught fire. Lanehart had also used an insufficient panel that had been part of recalls in past years.”

When ever we turn it on it trips the breaker. We called Lanehart, they sent a guy out. We were told that they had some problems with the kind of breakers that were used several years back. He change out all 7 of the protected breakers with new ones. There was no charge. He said that they could send them back to the manufacturer for credit. The service tech was really knowledgeable and personable. My only complaint was that they had to cancel on the day we had scheduled. They did however come out the next day.”
