“$125 an hour, and that rate starts the moment the guy is on his way to you. Doesnt matter where he is and how long it takes him to arrive, its on your dime. I should have tried to use AI first to fix the problem myself. I had a flickering light that needed a ballast change. Other than that, I had a bunch of other small lights that seemed to be flickering as well, and the number seemed to be growing, so I told myself the story that I had a systematic issue. I've never needed to call an electrician before, so I am likely complaining about inevitable things baked into the cake. The guy was 45 minutes away from my location when it was "my turn", the company immediately began charging me $125 an hour. $100 for his valuable time driving to me. I just imagine sitting in the car seat next to him, handing him $1 every 20 seconds while we sit at a red light. I will never allow a proffesional out to my house our business again if they dont have a fixed rate for diagnosis. The small bulbs just needed changing. Thats on me. Should have tried that first. The big lights that needed a balast change got what they needed in the end, so the guy did indeed diagnose things properly. But he would have spent as much time as I let him checking each and every bulb socket that was flickering if I didnt refocus his energy on the larger ballast bypass light that was flickering. I just cant stomach a $365 bill quietly for only a couple flickering bulbs. Wasn't worth it. Should've just taken the bulbs out and lived with ambient light. Lesson learned.”

“Have not used this service but one of their employees was driving incredibly reckless this morning on Ronald Reagan. Bumper to bumper going over 60mph, tailgating at least 4 other vehicles right in front of a school bus. This person put a ton of lives at risk with absolutely no care at all. If this is the kind of personality hired to do electrical work, I can only imagine the corners they might cut or crappy customer service you’d have to deal with.”
