“I am pretty satisfied with the service I received from Better Earth solar for my solar panel and Powerwall installation. The project manager contacted me to suggest a date and was able to accomodate a different date for me with no hassle. On the day of the install the crew leader texted me early in the day with their estimated arrival time which allowed me to plan my day as well. They showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time. Once here, the crew lead walked me through the process and estimated about a 4 hour total time for installation. They got started right away and throughout he process had questions but also kept me updated. They completed the job earlier than estimated and once done, they cleaned the worksite very well. Overall I am happy with installation. They took pride in how it looked and laid out the conduite very cleanly and the mounting of the boxes themselves were also very clean. I can't really view the solar panels, but the part I did see looks to be parallel and straight to the roof. They did mention that the original plan wouldn't have worked well and made changes that allowed for a cleaner installation.”
