“My old house needed an expert to look at the electrical fixtures, wiring, and outlets in two rooms experiencing a blackout. I was anticipating walls being knocked down, new light fixtures…etc. Erjon, a master electrician and Santiango, journey level arrived. Personable, polite, and clearly competent while they asked questions and reviewed the current situation. In a short period of time, repairs were made, light bulbs installed and there was light! Then they provided information for us to prevent a similar issue in the future and the type of bulbs to buy. I also had them remove a light fixture I wanted to replace and they provided information for the installation of a new fixture. We were delighted with the entire experience. This is our electrical company to use from now on. Thank you Bowne Electric Company.”

Today Ray came out and waited for another Austin Energy to shot off the power so Ray of Bowne could replace the bad parts. He is now waiting for the power to be restore. We are delighted with how Bowne responded so quickly and for the excellent work they continue to do for us.”

They installed a modern stairwell chandelier that was 2 stories high and a ceiling fan in a tight area upstairs. Both were done with care and professionalism and they took the time to make sure the remotes worked (and to show me how it worked). I never had to remind them to take on/off the shoe covers or remove their shoes during the dozens of trips in and out of the house! I'm definitely calling them again. It's well worth the cost.”
