I highly recommend it! -was reached out to right away, sent pictures of the set up tru Google Drive and got quoted same day. -all questions were answered and felt it was transparent, efficient and fair. -appointment was set up and the electricians Mr.Earl and Andrew were very communicative and did a fantastic job. I reached out to them because I really needed to get a level 2 charger installed in my House asap! Everything was handled professionally with amazing communication! I reached out to a couple of providers on Saturday in order to set up the appointment for Tuesday. I got a reply via text message within about 2 hours introducing and asking for some pictures to see what we are working with and get a quote. I was providing my own charger and just needed installation. The quote I received same day that night with a clear items/labor and electrical permit and inspection. I had some questions about the install and they were all answered very swiftly from charger pro tru text. Once I was comfortable with the quote and operation the next day I received confirmation of the appointment date and time. On Tuesday I was reached out by Mr.Andrew and Mr.Earl that reached out to me to let me know they were on their way. They arrived within the time. They had to do 2 runs to Home Depot and took time doing a really professional and proper install. When they left or needed feedback on something, they reach out to me which I greatly appreciate. The set up looks clean, professional, and I personally feel the price was very fair as well. I’m happy with my install and recommend them. You lose nothing getting a quote :) also funnily enough I just realized none of the other companies I reached out to ever got back to me 😅 Before they left Mr.Andrew explained how they also do battery installations and I was interested. They contacted me immediately, had an electrician out the next day to assess the install and then got me a fair quote within a day. They then got me scheduled within a week and just installed my Tesla PowerShare Gateway and Charger. They did a phenomenal job and were extremely professional completing the install in only a few hours. I was highly impressed!!! I will recommend them every chance I get.”
