“We used Lake Services for their dock maintenance service. They did not do what was agreed, failed to maintain the dock, and due to their breach of our contract, our dock was damaged. Walter personally promised to repair the damage, but never did. In fact, Walter repeatedly promised all sorts of things, and never delivered on them. On top of this, at the end of the agreement, I asked Walter what he was going to do to make it right, and he essentially dared me to sue him and refused to do anything to fulfill his promises. I have better things to do than deal with this sort of dishonesty, and I suspect you do as well. Steer clear of these folks unless you want to be supremely disappointed. EDIT: Walter responded by suggesting there was some sort of mutual issue here. We paid Walter every single dime agreed, and he lied to us over and over and effectively stole our money. So, his comments here are quite dishonest. But what would you expect from someone like him?”

“I reached out to Lake Services to reconstruct my lower boat dock. Once they began removing the old wood it was worse than anticipated, however, Walt and his crew went above and beyond all expectations. They rebuilt it better than new. I am so pleased with their quality of materials and design. They were eager to please and I am very happy with my beautiful dock. Thank you Walt and your men. God bless each of you.”

“Was told by hyundai dealer I need a new engine Someone told me to go to Billy at lake services He is honest and knows what hes doing. Well I did not need new engine Billy and his guys fixed it what a savings ! They are very prompt efficient polite and knowledgeable and communicates with you. I like some who talks to you not at you What incredible service definitely going back in a month to have them work on my other vehicle These guys are absolutely amazing!!!!!!”

“Walter and his guys said they could fix both my boat lifts by Friday. But when we returned home they weren't fixed. They came out a couple days later and got one lift working manually by using some borrowed parts. I asked several times when it would be finished and how much it would cost but Walter never gave me a price and kept making promises that never happened. I texted him to say that I would pay him for his services but I was planning to get another company to finish the job and asked him to return both lift boxes he had taken off my property while we were out of town. He called me and "snapped" on the phone saying the lifts weren't reparable and I needed to buy 2 brand new ones at $2,800 each. He then got angry when I said I had found another company that thought they could repair them and Walter said they wouldn't be able to and then he said "I didn't cause the flood, and that isn't my boat dock, and those are my lifts, and its not MY problem". He then said don't call me again and hung up. I texted him several times to request that he bring the boxes back. He never did. I ultimately had to file a police report to get my boxes back from him. Two other companies came out and took a look and said everything looked like it was gonna be fine and that they could repair them for $600. each. BUYER BEWARE with Walter. He is Unpredictable, under-delivers, and overprices.”
