“Justin came out and did a great job replacing my faucets and putting in pucks around my home to alert me if any water ever is present under sinks and by toilets. I trust Justin anytime to get the job done no matter how long it takes. He is an extremely hard worker. You just don’t get that type of person around anymore with such great work ethics. He was knowledgeable, polite, informative, and professional. Lantz’s plumbing is very lucky to have such a fine individual working for them. It makes me want to call Lantz’s whenever I have any plumbing or A/C issues. Thank you Justin for such quality service, my faucets look great and I feel secure about leaving my home knowing everything is taken care of.”

“My technician Hunter was the nicest and friendliest plumber. He actually got me into a good mood while he was there in spite of all the problems steming from the leak. He also investigated to help determine the extent of damage and help stop it's progress. Then quickly fixed the leak by replacing an old shut off valve that really look s great now. I'm very pleased with my service and highly recommend them.”

“Roberto Huerta did a wonderful job assessing the issues with our leaky toilet. He provided options including a complete rebuild of the toilet internals and a new toilet. Since a new toilet was only a little more expensive, we went that route and ended up with great Toto product. Roberto was very polite, organized, and explained our options well. He cleaned the space before installing the new toilet and then cleaned up after the installation (see pic). Highly recommend Lantz Home Services and Roberto Huerta.”

“I called Lantz Plumbing Services for a clogged shower drain and paid the $95 trip/service fee. The plumber arrived within two hours, which I appreciated. However, after a quick inspection, I was quoted $525 to unclog the drain. The price seemed excessive, so I asked if there was any flexibility or discount. I was told no, because they only use licensed plumbers. Believing the issue wasn’t likely to be that serious, I decided to get a second opinion. Another company came out (from Liberty Hill), noticed that the drain cap underneath was simply clogged with mud, rinsed it off in about two minutes, and charged me $150 total, including the trip. I’m very disappointed with Lantz. I chose them because they were local and I expected an honest and trustworthy assessment, but the experience left me feeling that the quoted price was completely out of proportion to the actual problem!”

“I had issues with my AC, I went online around 6am and found Lantz Home Service. The webb site was user friendly and multiple modes of media to contact them. I used the text mode and they replied back with in an hour. They scheduled me for latter in morning. All personnel were cheerful and curious. They arrived and found the issue quickly and resolved the problem. The only issue I had was a service fee on top of the work that was done.”
