“We had a fire that destroyed our outside electrical panel and were without power, so we needed someone to help us quickly. Luis and Alejandro really came through for us! They were at the house within a few hours to give us a quote, identified the cause of the fire immediately and were so easy to work with to get everything repaired. We called them on Wed. morning and were back in our house Friday afternoon. They communicated with us very well and were very helpful in answering our questions. The new panel and siding look great. I would highly recommend them and be happy to give them my business again.”

“Luis installed two new bathroom vents / lights for me. I called him on a Tuesday, needing the work to be done within the week, and everything was fully completed by 2 PM on Wednesday. Luis was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He and his team worked quickly and contentiously, and they fully cleaned up after they were done, including retouching paint on the ceiling. “I've used Raptor Electric and GC three times so far over the last few years - first, a few years ago to help run an electrical connection to a new HVAC minisplit, and in 2024 for a master bathroom repair and renovation, as well as an exterior window trim replacement. For anyone who has ever had a fairly involved bathroom repair and remodel, the process can have twists and turns when "surprises" are discovered from problematic prior construction. Communication and a trustworthy relationship with your contractor are critical in such situations - both towards fixing such problems, but also in helping you as the client understand the 'why', the and their costs of all options, to arrive at an amicable solution. Luis, Alejandro and the Raptor team care about keeping the customer informed, manage expectations, and produce beautiful results. For all projects small and large, Raptor's workers arrived on time, met and at times exceeded expectations, completed work within the anticipated timeline, and performed high quality work. I was also able to test their warranty from their completed work, which met my expectations towards making fixes (we had holes in our grout after curing, and Raptor scheduled a few weeks later to make the successful fix). Finally, Raptor's pricing and bids in my experience were reasonable and in line with the market, especially in the context of the tremendous inflation we have all experienced in the last few years - they need to make ends meet too and business costs have risen. You can certainly skimp by finding a cheap contractor out there but expect the unexpected. In my view, spending a little more with Raptor is worth the piece of mind (and they also carry liability insurance - for further piece of mind!).”
