“Took almost a month and a half to get an update, after calling and requesting an update they finally got the 1 of the 2 items ready after another week. I requested a simple replacement of a nob on my generator but somehow they ended up doing more work without consulting. When I brought this up, Juan said he would give a discount since the original work requested was less than the work performed, however, it still ended paying the initial amount because “the system wouldn’t let him” I literally saw him adjusting the rate but still charged me the full amount on the payment terminal. Not the most ethical move imo I’m a bit disappointed since they helped me out in the past but this second time around, I left feeling somewhat taken advantage…. I appreciate the work performed on my tools, but, I would proceed with caution as they can be somewhat shady”
