The unit has WiFi hookup and leak detection sensor. The scheduler Mark called me and completely explained the process. They purchase the water heaters from Home Depot along with all the needed supplies to get the job done. I did appreciate their service but never received a bill of sale from Sweet Water Home Services after a month and no word about a post installation inspection as I also had to pay for a permit to have the work done. Was told an inspector would check their work with a few weeks. They processed my payment with no hesitation and still do not respond to my emails. Would consider providing a higher review score if / when I get my bill of sale. Need proof as the unit and install was over $2,000. Thanks”
