Luna Electric Inc

Luna Electric Inc runs as a small family-owned outfit based in Bakersfield, California, where they cover electrical work across Kern County. Their trade centers on electrician services for houses, shops, factories, and other spots that need steady power setups. The crew takes on residential wiring, commercial builds, industrial repairs, and low voltage installs without overcomplicating things. Homeowners and business owners in the area turn to them when panels act up or new circuits are required, and the family approach keeps things straightforward for folks dealing with daily electrical demands in this part of the state.

Electricians like those at Luna Electric handle the common headaches that come with Bakersfield heat, such as overloaded systems from constant air conditioning use, pump failures during dry spells, or aging wiring that struggles with summer loads. They manage full residential upgrades to keep homes safe from overloads, commercial lighting fixes that keep stores running, industrial motor repairs on job sites, and low voltage work for security or data lines in offices. Crews show up ready to trace faults in panels, replace breakers that trip from the desert conditions, or run new lines through older buildings without tearing everything apart. This type of work matters here because extreme temperatures push electrical gear harder than in milder spots, leading to more frequent calls for quick panel checks and circuit additions to avoid outages during peak use.

Customers in the area note solid results on speed for emergency fixes, quality that holds up in tough weather, fair pricing without surprise add-ons, and clear communication about what needs doing next. These points build the reputation that keeps the phone ringing for repeat jobs around town. DIRT Score 4.73 from 144 reviews on Finds.

“Recently, had Luna Electric replace the existing electric panel and install a new 200amp panel. My experience was excellent. An estimate was provided same day that I contacted the company. The pricing was very reasonable and I was kept informed of all processes (permitting coordination with PGE, and all repairs resulting from the installation - the stuccoing, roof work, and dry wall repair). Cesar and his staff were very cordial and professional. I strongly recommend Luna Electric for any electrical work.”

“Thank you Luna Electric, Inc for helping me with my electrical needs. I highly recommend them. They are fast, honest and their prices are reasonable. I'll be calling them again for future projects.”

“The technicians just left my house and I cannot get over how awesome my new lighting is! I had can lights installed in my living room and hallway, and I wish I had taken before pictures because it was DARK and just gloomy almost. Now everything is lit up and beautiful and exactly how I had imagined them to be! I’m so happy with how everything came out. They truly did a great job and the guys were super nice and easy to work with. 10/10 a very happy customer and would recommend them to everybody.”

“We recently had Luna Electric come out to evaluate whether we needed to add a subpanel for an upcoming home remodel. Ray and Ryan were both prompt, professional, and took the time to walk us through all of our options. After a thorough evaluation, they determined that we do not need to add a subpanel at this time, which was a huge relief. It’s refreshing to work with honest professionals who genuinely want to help and educate rather than upsell. We truly appreciated their transparency and expertise and look forward to working with Luna Electric for our future electrical needs. Thank you for such a positive experience!”

“Cesar and his team came out for an inspection the same day after we had lost some power due to an old breaker. They got the power back up and came back the next day to repair it. We also had work done in the garage and a ring light installed. We have an older home so we are so grateful for for Luna Electric, they a reliable company with great ethic and fair prices. Would definitely recommend. Thank you guys so much!”
