“Right before the snow fell in January my heat pump went out. We’d been planning on replacing the system, now it was a must do project. Started checking around and found out by accident that Wade’s was opening a new location in Jonesboro. Called them up, got fair pricing and bought a new unit. I had a really good install team and even better were the QC guys that made sure ever was operating at peak efficiency. I’d worked with Wade’s technicians at my former workplace and felt they’d do a good job. They did not disappoint. Give them a call, you’ll be glad you did.”

“We received outstanding service from Wades on the repair of our HVAC system. Eric Wax came to the house and fully explained what was going on with our system. I was impressed with Eric’s honesty and the options he layed out. Costs were very reasonable The techs that came out for the repair were friendly and did a great job! “My experience was over a year ago and wasn’t going to give a review however I feel it’s necessary. We had a bad dryer plug. Called Wades. They sent a tech out he told us it was the dryer although the dryer had just been bought the day before. We trusted it was actually a faulty dryer went and bought a brand new set around $2000. It gets delivered set up still doesn’t work. Call wades who sends another tech that confirms it was the plug. He does fix the issue however that entire issue costed us over $2000. Due to the FIRST tech not doing his job. He simply did not want to be there. I tried to negotiate the cost with Wades however they feel I should still pay a full bill although their tech costed us quadruple money. I wanted to love this company but it was a total let down. 2 stars since th”

“Great experience. I had an all-new HVAC unit and ductwork installed in my attic. Eric provided a great overview before the project kicked off; he did an excellent job of listening to my needs and adjusting the install accordingly. I can't say enough good things about the technicians who did the install, either. Joseph was the lead on the job, and he is an incredibly hard worker. I also love that they have Bobby; he comes back after everything is finished to triple-check the unit and adjust the airflow, ensuring it is custom-tuned for my home. Overall, I give my experience a 10/10. I will definitely be using Wade's in the future and will update this review as needed.”

“I had Wade’s Heating and Air to come and do my yearly maintenance. During routine maintenance, the workers noticed an issue on my roof that was not properly sealed. They informed me that I needed to get it repaired because of the possibility of carbon monoxide entering my home. The service men stated how imperative it was that I make this repair. They even offered to allow me to use their bucket truck, if I needed to. They wanted to make sure that it was fixed properly, so that my dog and I were not poisoned to death. I have used this company for over 30 years, and I highly recommend them!”

“Wades is always prompt to respond to any A/C issues! We had issues with our heating and they were able to quickly respond and diagnose the problem. Philip was our technician and he went above and beyond to help make sure that I was able to get ahold of Entergy to fix the voltage problems and then made sure that an electrician checked everything out on the house side of things and then had our heating up and running shortly thereafter!”
