“A technician came to my house and charged over $100 to fix a chain on our fan, which took a total of 30 seconds. The company failed to communicate the tools we needed to have the other work we'd requested, so after said 30 seconds, the technician left with our money. When we called to express that we felt we didn't get our money's worth, the supervisor was extremely rude to my husband on the phone. Don't use these crooks!!”

“Spoke with the owner and he stated they would be out the following week. They never showed up so I called back and spoke with the clerk. She stated it would be 3 months before they could come out to look at putting a 50pm meter at my home. I explained that I had already talked to the owner. She said she would talk to him and call me back. They lied and never called back. Not DEPENDABLE.”

“3/5/2014 I bought a refridgeator/freezer (Samsung) from low's that was having problems. The ice cube maker was not working. A service rep came to the house and replaced the ice maker. We started getting ice. There was frost build up in the freezer side. The service rep came and replaced a sensor. The temp on both side was not right. The frezzer was running -11 degrees the refridgerator was running at +42 degrees. Both were not correct to be safe. Again the service rep came out to try fix the temp problem. The service rep noticed the wall socket was not grounded. He would not come out until a ground was installed. I put a call in to Miller's electric to fix the problum of not having a ground. The gentleman they sent was very professonal. He did the job and answered all my question. I would recommened Miller's Electric (1504 Nederland Ave).. I might add that Mr. Broussard in the appliance Dept. of Lowes was also helpful”
