“If there was a rating of 20 Stars, this company would deserve it. If you’re looking for an honest, dependable, stress free company & experience, save time and give them a call. We had been thinking about and received quotes on a home generator in the past and finally decided to do it. We have been so Blessed to be able to get one and to find Emerson’s. From beginning to end it was a stress free process. Nathan came and checked everything out asked us what exactly we needed the generator to run, etc. we had the quote within a couple of hours, then he came out and poured the slab needed, just a few days later the Generator was being installed, he even came at 8:15 pm once the propane company finished on their end to make sure it was working properly. He said he wouldn’t be able to sleep until he knew it was running. He was always on time or early and fantastic communication throughout. 48 hours later the storm came through our area and lost power. Was perfect timing because the generator came on like a charm and things ran as if we had never lost power. We were even called and Thanked us for our business. Hard to find companies like this anymore.”
