First, exceptionally great personality, so friendly, smiles, very high energy, and made me feel very comfortable asking my dumb questions about this job. Second, he's obviously extremely intelligent and knows his profession down to the smallest details. Third, the customer service is outstanding. He arrived on time, let me know he was starting the job, and climbed into the hot attic and went straight to work. Done in less than an hour, took the time to show me the old fan he replaced and the reason it stopped working. He described the new part, and how much better our air conditioner will work this year now that the sweltering attic air will be circulating out. Finally, customer service. Absolutely 10 out of 10. I haven't been treated this well by a company or service manager in years. David is top notch and I will recommend him to anyone and everyone for his skills, knowledge and professional friendly expertise. In Texas summers, we take our air conditioning very seriously!
