“Mike and Randy absolutely deserve these wall-to-wall five star reviews. I just closed a few days ago, first-time homeowner and trying to not fumble it immediately. I booked online yesterday to have them check out some concerns from the inspection (electrical flickers and excessive water pressure due to a missing regulator). Today they took a look at both, and even addressed on-the-spot questions about the fridge and toilet. It’s clear they have the experience to diagnose efficiently and provide straightforward pricing, while breaking down what would be involved in repair. Of course, the repair also took way less time than I expected - I was honestly prepared to have a washer delivered tomorrow that I wouldn’t be able to use, but the guys made it happen and made it look easy.
