“I will not be using Savant’s Electric for my generac. I feel they overcharge for service and have Very sloppy business practices. 1. On 5/27 I had to call them out because the red light was on, indicating something wrong with the operation of the generator. I explained that they had just been out on 4/7 and replaced the battery and that they should not have charged a call out fee when they found corrosion on the battery terminal and replaced it. 2. I had to ask for the service report. I was told that it was not their practice to just leave service reports for the customer. They would provide it upon request….. The first one didn’t have my name address nothing identifying it was work performed on my generator. I requested again for the service report to be completed. The only good thing I can say after dealing with this issue is Brian kept his cool even though I was quite upset, I feel the last call out fee should have been refunded when they found the cause of the error code to have been the battery.”

“Savant Electric was the only contractor in the area that was in a position to respond to an emergency situation at my residence. A fallen tree had detached the power head from my home and needed to be repaired asap. Savant got it done and done right.”

“Worst company I have ever dealt with. Tech was ok. Rest of the experience was laughable. Work was done in Nov. It took weeks for them to call about the bill. Then months of waiting for the invoice for nothing. Finally had to deal with it over the phone and paid nearly 400$ for them to replace 1 outlet with my own outlet. They didn't have one. I did. Never doing business again.”

“Work was awesome have no complaint on the work, my complaint is on the billing. I was told one price to get them to come out and then when I get the bill it was totally different, and then when I called to question it the response was "oh there must have been a miscommunication"”
