“Alpha home services did a absolutely amazing job getting our new HVAC package installed it was a difficult install but they handled it with ease. Special shout to Jolly, Joe, Damian truly professional service, and as a plus they actually come to Tombstone.”

“Joe with Alpha Electric was great to work with and took excellent care of our house in Benson. He installed a new 200-amp breaker panel and added a bathroom exhaust fan where there previously wasn’t one. From the beginning, he was honest, professional, fair with pricing, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out to us was his integrity. Several electrical items had been flagged by maintenance inspectors as defective or not working, but instead of trying to upsell unnecessary repairs, Joe took the time to properly evaluate everything and informed us that several of those items were actually in good working order. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. We also had a bathroom drywall repair project that initially appeared to ”

“Based on their positive reviews, I called Alpha for some electrical issues we were having. I live in the Tucson/Sonoita area, so sometimes contractors are slow to make it out. Alpha replied right away and came out the next morning. Joe was very pleasant and quickly identify the issues and made the necessary repairs, plus did some extras I needed done. I was very satisfied with both the quality of his work and the price. I now have a new go-to contractor for my electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs and will recommend them to my friends!”

“A/C making a lot of noise. Called ALPHA, reaponded quickly. Service call the next day by Jolly. Told us parts were warrantied. Thank Goodness. Jolly worked with us on when can be fixed after receiving the parts. Pleasant to work with and explained details simply. Thank you Jolly, good job!😉”

“Alpha Home Service was first of all great with response time. AC broke at night, I called the next morning at 830. Even living in Willcox, I was given an arrival window of 10-1 same day ( other companies gave me a time 2-3 days away- it's about 100 degrees - I am elderly dad and a toddler in the house!) Jolly Brown, the technician, arrived at 1003. Jolly was very polite and professional. He quickly analyzed the problem, and had the parts with him to fix it! He explained exactly what the problem was, the solution, and what he tested afterwards. He even cleaned the coils while he was here - without an extra charge. He went beyond just what you would expect! And yes, he is jolly!! Next time we need service on our AC unit, I will definitely call Alpha Home Service in Benson.”

Thanks again.”

“Travis was very nice and professional. I really appreciated the fact he sat down with me and broke everything down for me. And then gave me a estimate on how much some of the things that need work in the future will cost. I highly recommend Alpha for all your heating and air conditioning needs. Thank You guys for all you do, during business hours and even emergency issues around the clock!! See you guys in the fall!”

“Thank God for Alpha Home Services being ready and able to come out to Sierra Vista when we needed them most for our hot water heater. Woody came out to fix what another well known company rep messed up. And we’re all good to go now! SCORE!!! I might be switching over my VIP status. I would highly recommend him!”
