Epic Electric

Epic Electric runs as a straight up electrician crew based in Bentonville, TX. Their main trade covers all the electrical needs that come up for houses and businesses in the area. The crew carries twenty five years of real field time handling power issues that pop up in homes and shops alike. They stay focused on practical fixes and installs rather than anything fancy and they know the local setups that homeowners deal with day to day. When power problems hit this part of Texas the team shows up ready to sort them without extra talk.

They handle electrical repair jobs on wiring and outlets that go bad from regular use or storms. The work includes putting in new lighting setups both inside and out along with swapping or upgrading electrical panels to handle more load. Crews install EV chargers for folks adding electric vehicles and mount smoke detectors plus home surge protection to guard against spikes. Backup generators get set for outages and they run full electrical inspections before sales or after big changes. Emergency calls come in for sudden failures and they take on commercial lighting plus repair work too. Jobs get done by showing up on time checking the actual problem then finishing with clean results that hold up.

Homeowners in Bentonville face hot summers that push air conditioners hard and older wiring that needs updates to avoid trips or shorts. The crew earns its marks by moving fast on these calls keeping the quality high on every panel or generator install and charging prices that match the work without surprises. Communication stays clear so people know what gets fixed and why. That record of solid results on speed quality price and straight talk builds the reputation that stands out. “We are renovating a 100 year old house in Springdale, and called Epic Electric NWA for a quote. Shannon and his brother at Epic Electric NWA were exceptional representations of why we choose to support small, family- owned businesses. Not only did Epic Electric offer us the best quote, but they were effective communicators, and showed up the day I called to replace our kitchen outlets. Shannon and his brother were timely, professional, and knowledgeable. We could not have selected a better electric company to help us. Thank you both!”

“Shannon and Chris did an excellent job. They were tenacious in tracking down the power source needed to get our outdoor power sockets live. I highly recommend Epic Electric and Shannon and would use them again.”

“Shannon and Chris did a great job to get a whole house surge protector installed as well as the infrastructure required for a level 2 EV charger. This required some work with consolidating circuit to a tandem and moving things around to make room for a 30 and 60 amp bkr. I really appreciate their attention to detail, planning, and open discussion for their approach and recommendations. The final product looks great too.”

They came and fixed my wiring problem and even helped me get the appliance hooked up just to make sure I was good to go. Call them up if you need help, this is a top notch company with great pricing.”
