Customers describe Charles handling camera installs by walking the property and suggesting placements that matched the final setup. He replaced smoke detectors throughout one home right away and confirmed all units operated correctly afterward. Another job involved tracing a power loss to a crimped wire hidden in the attic, running tests until the breaker issue cleared. Additional work covered exterior soffit lighting, updated recessed kitchen lights, main panel swaps, surge protection upgrades, low voltage landscape lighting, permanent outdoor patio heaters and generator fixes that other crews could not resolve. One late afternoon call led to an emergency visit for tripped breakers and flickering lights that left part of a house without power.

We reviewed again what transpired leading up to electrical issues. He proceeded to open the panel to troubleshoot and then diagnose our problems. He was thorough and persistent in seeing what was going on. After considering all the things that could be happening he finally discovered that the external electrical panel had a existing failing 50amp double pole breaker. He went to ge”
