“Tony Garcia personally provided me with electrician services a couple of years ago, so when I needed service again, I called him. He sent someone to provide the service, which was fine. But, when I got the invoice it included 1.5 hours of driving time, at a rate of $95 per hour. I was not charged any driving fee for Tony's first visit, nor was I informed there would be a fee for this visit. BEWARE - you will be charged $95 per hour for however long it takes for the Keen electrician to get to your location and back. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS !!!!!”
“Keen Electric came to our rescue while we were building out our Manufactured home, well pump and installing new electricity poles from the electric company. First, we we laid concrete and were told we needed an electric stub in before they poured the concrete. We had 2hrs to find an available electrician who could come out in the morning. Keen Electric was the only one who responded back via text. Yes I will be there in the morning. Second, we needed a well shed with electricity inside--Keen was there the same week. Third, we needed to lay conduit underground at the well shed and the house where electric company had just installed new poles, and we heard rain was coming in that weekend, which then turned into the biggest freeze of the century in Texas. Keen said, Yes we can be out there to lay the conduit so you can cover up the ditches before the rain. Everything was laid and we had the ditches covered by the evening. Fourth, we finally had our house delivered and called Keen to let them know we were ready for the final hookup. They scheduled an appointment within the same week of request, they were out there as promised and now we have running water, electricity to our new house. Yes, we highly recommend Keen and they have a good and fair hourly price showing labor and materials. Go with Keen, they'll do you right!”
