“Our air conditioner broke a week ago last Saturday and we had no idea how miserable it was to be without an AC. I called George Cunningham on Saturday morning at 8 AM because it said they were open 24 hours and they really were! Everything about our interaction with this company has been amazing! They came out Saturday morning. They assessed the situation. We bought a brand new air conditioner from them. They offered to put an air conditioner in our window until the unit arrived. They promptly delivered the air conditioner and set it up on the promised date. Nathan oversaw the whole project and answered the phone every time we called him. Dominic and Pedro set up the unit. They were professional. They were busy the whole day. It was obvious they took pride in their work. I write this review for those of you who are not sure what company to use and I am telling you from personal experience that I wish that I had known about this company 20 years ago I have had so many negative experiences with people that did not know what they were doing. Our whole experience with George Cunningham AC has been nothing but positive. Great company. Great people. Great product. Highly recommend this company. We are enjoying our AC! 🙂🙂🙂”

“3 month service was done and I was told we needed to replace the motor fan. The outside air conditioning unit (condenser) They detected a problem with the outside unit over amplifying so a new one was order and installed. Me thinking everything was good to go and working properly then On 7/1/26 the outside unit was making a loud noise and fan wasn’t turning causing the house to get hot, and outside unit to over heat. I made a call and a tech named Daniel came out and said it was a problem with a wire not being correctly connected and everything was good to go. Yesterday 7/5/26 once again we have the same issue and at this point I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I’ve had so many issues in the past since they installed a new unit inside and out and all new duct work on October 2023. I called them again on 7/5/26 and tech Devin came out and immediately detected the issue that all other techs failed to resolve. This has been the 3rd time we’ve had to replace this specific part and we continue having issues. It turns out the technician Devin determined that the capacitor was too strong for the replacement condenser fan motor, that means the wrong capacitor value may have been installed. The capacitor has to match the motor’s specifications. By the looks of the capacitor it was rusted and had never been replaced when new ones were installed. A capacitor with the wrong rating can cause problems such as: * The fan having trouble starting. * Loud humming or buzzing. * The motor overheating. * Premature wear or even damage to the new motor over time. Smh and those were all the issues we had been having. I’m giving a 5 star rating for the tech Devin himself for being knowledgeable and pinpointing the issue. Message to the owner please educate all techs regarding these types of issues. All this time your company uses my JB warranty for something that should have been detected from the get go. Thank you Devin for doing your absolute best and going above and beyond, more knowledge techs are definitely needed.”

“We were pleasantly surprised how quiet & uniform the temps in our home are since George Cunningham Heating & Cooling installed our new Trane AC system with heat pumps . Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Our sales rep ( Nathan ) was available to answer our questions through the process. The installers ( Dominic & Pedro ) are very professional, not only with their craftsmanship & are a true asset to the company. Everything was done in a timely manner with cleanliness as a priority. “3 yrs ago we decided to redo our HVAC system and ducts and we got different quotes and settled on G. Cunningham. Turned out to be the biggest mistake. We were sold a new type of system that has been problems since day one. The install itself was bad and and they kept coming out to redo or replace things done. We've not gone a whole year without needing to repair or replace parts. Yesterday we had a leak in the ceiling of our front porch. I started to tear into the ceiling to fix the problem and it turns out that a secondary drain that they said would be removed was actually just pushed up in the ceiling and the hole was covered. That drain was never taken out and I had water dripping ruining my front porch ceiling. I've since stopped calling Cunningham as of almost 2 yrs ago because they never left my unit working without problems. I still owe on this unit as the charged me over 20 grand for. The owner at one point wanted to come out and see the unit and I welcomed the idea but he never came, never took my call, never returned my call, and always had his manager or his sales guy call me. If you say you're going to do something, then please do it. Part of the reason I went with Cunningham was the great reviews on here but I guess I have to be the one. Please do better.”

“Not enough stars 5 ++++ and then some, A great bunch of men. I do not have the words to say. Other than I am at peace from the very start dealing with this company. Got a new unit, with air purifier and the maintenance package. I felt the difference the very second they started the unit. I am now breathing clear air. and I am now at peace with a clear mind.
