What Customers Say
“I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed. We worked hard and saved our money to get our vehicle's A/C fixed, trusting Pancho's Electric in Harlingen to do the job right. We paid over $1,000, and it felt like they were just guessing what was wrong instead of properly diagnosing the issue. The A/C only worked for 2 to 4 days, and now we're right back where we started. Over $1,000 is a lot of money for a family, and it wasn't easy to come by. We sacrificed and worked hard for every dollar, only to end up feeling taken advantage of and left with the same problem. I am sharing this so others can be careful, ask questions, and make sure they get a proper diagnosis before spending their hard-earned money. No one should have to work so hard, pay that much, and still be left without a solution.”
“Spoke to Leo on the phone. Had an issue with a liftgate motor. They went out of their way to troubleshoot it and made the time for us to repair it that same day even though they were extremely busy. They were very considerate and understood that we needed our truck for work the very next day. Highly recommend both for service and great price. Thank you Frank and Leo.”
“Just terrible. They did an oil change and forgot to lock the pins to the front trim. It fell off while I was driving on the highway. Idk who did the job, but they were terrible at it. Spent 300 bucks at this place for what?”
“Good service... always courteous, I travel from Pharr, Texas to Harlingen, Texas to get my Peterbilt starter fixed.”
“It got to a point where I thought having my grandmothers 2007 Ford Five Hundred SEL was irrational until I decided to give my trust to the great people at Pancho’s Auto Electric in Harlingen. I traveled from Austin, TX and waited to confirm my grandparents car would be ready for her 64th wedding anniversary and even though it was a day late, it was worth the wait because not only did Frank and Maggie gain my trust and respect, but they gained a friend and a loyal customer. All the people including Pancho were all welcoming and friendly. He set up the expectations and was excellent in communicating with me the progress on my grandparents car. He made sure that every component on that car was in excellent condition before calling me and confirming the car was ready. If I ever have an electrical issue on any of my cars in the future, I know who to trust and where to go. The pricing was right and the words of honesty went a long way. Thank you all so much for bringing my favorite vehicle back to life. It helped me cope with a serious time in my life. Sam Jonas Austin, TX”
