“The worst customer service I've ever had to be subjected to.....ever. when I call it takes a minimum of 1 hour to pay my bill. They never have the total ready, after you quit speaking they will not answer any questions period. They just leave you waiting until you are so pissed off you just start cussing them. They should be put out of business and replaced by an actual company. The customer should not be doing their jobs. That's exactly why I say get any other company.”
