“Rafael was amazing and extremely patient with more that an hour on the phone with a home insurance company to lower the bill for me, just the jump into working on my problem through the night. I didn’t have power for about a week. He worked in the darkness till about 2 a.m., was extremely kind, and did and excellent job. The price was acceptable and well worth the work/service that was paid for. 10/10. Thank you again.”

“Rafael is absolutely amazing! He was kind, considerate, professional, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain exactly what he was diagnosing, what needed to be done, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. He responded quickly, worked efficiently, and communicated clearly from start to finish. He even stayed super late answering all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. On top of that, he cleaned up his workspace better than he found it, which we really appreciated. We truly valued his professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work!”

“Rafael was amazing. Such a nice man and he knew what he was doing. Had my bedroom ceiling fan up in less than 30. Works beautifully and does a great job. He was so prompt and when Lowe’s couldn’t get any contractors to hang it after I purchased it a month before along with an install package, Home Depot gave me contractors that would get it done and he came within the week. Wonderful job. Thank you Arise Electric and Rafael!”
