“Rafael was amazing and extremely patient with more that an hour on the phone with a home insurance company to lower the bill for me, just the jump into working on my problem through the night. I didn’t have power for about a week. He worked in the darkness till about 2 a.m., was extremely kind, and did and excellent job. The price was acceptable and well worth the work/service that was paid for. 10/10. Thank you again.”
