“Paid IES over $2,100 to get the power ready for a new tenant on a commercial suite / property that I own. This was back at the end of April / May. Fast forward to Thursday of last week and I called Manny to see if he could come back out and take a look at the work that they did, as we were having problems. Manny said he would be there at 9:30 on Friday morning. Manny didn't show up. I called him and texted him, also had the tenant there first thing in the morning to meet with Manny. Three days later and still no reply from Manny. You can't treat customer's this way Manny, extremely poor customer service. Very disappointed.”
