“One of the smoothest roof transformation ever. Ali explained everything about roofs like he was talking about his favorite hobby. He explained to me the grades of shingles, and the normal weather conditions in my area. At no point, did he try to upgrade me. I ended getting the grade 4 shingles from builder grade 2. He was able to get my fence cleaned, a few boards replace and stained as well. From insurance to end of service took about 2 months. I have to say, perfection was given.”

“I normally don't take the time to write these reviews unless I have a terrible experience somewhere. That being said, this is not the case here. I recently installed a solar panel battery and generator system for my home, and did the research for two years before I pulled the trigger. It was between a new roof and a solar battery generator system and I decided on that route early in 2024. Then came Hurricane Beryl and put a tree through my home. My current roof was from 2012 , so it wasn't pertinent to replace the whole thing I thought. Then the insurance company informed me that there was a possibility that the new shingles wouldn't match the rest of the house. That was not going to work for me. I had researched hurricane proof roofing and stumbled on Erie roof and was intrigued by the foam backed stone coated roof so I made that call and set an appointment. the gentleman came to my home and after blowing smolke up my a$$ for a few minutes about how nice my home was, he proceeded to get a drone to take pictures of the home for measurements. After that was said and done, he gave me my GREAT price of $203,000 for my roof. WHAT? For that price I could buy a rental home. Needless to say, I declined the offer. Before he left ,he made phone call and then asked if I would be willing to use my house in their add for a new price of $177.000.00. I again declined. The next week, a district manager came and offered me 133,000.00 for the same roof. This gambit played out two more times until I had an offer of $100.000.00 for the roof. I thought that price was fair given how big my home is, but I didn't pull the trigger because I thought to myself, if they could have sold it to me for 203,000.00 USD, they would have. That's the same as breaking into your home and stealing $100,000.00 . Anyway, I remembered meeting a gentleman from Dallas named Cole and called him about this same type of roof. He said that was his specialty and drove down to meet me. I live in the Woodlands TX area so it wasn't too far. I already had the measurements from the Erie roof proposal so it was easy for him to calculate the price. He told me he ran a no BS company and was not going to play the used car dealer game with the pricing. He quoted me 99,000.00 and I accepted his offer. I was a little bit at ease knowing that I was speaking to the owner of the company. A week later the material shows up, and the following Monday there was a crew of 12 people that started to build an exoskeleton on top of my existing roof. These men worked their tails off in the hot Texas sun and had the whole roof installed in less than a week. The gutter crew came shortly after and finished in a matter of hours. When the job was complete, The owner Cole personally drove back down for a final inspection in the event I had any concerns or questions. In a world of considering yourself lucky if a contractor just shows up, it is refreshing to see a company be so meticulous, precise, and competent in everything that they did. I was so happy with their work, that I referred them to my neighbor 3 houses down. He was equally as happy. Now, the only issue that I have is the cars that drive by and stop to take pictures of my home. The Stone coated metal roof is just absolutely STUNNING, and more importantly, I FEAR NO STORMS now.
