“I called Kbar in the summer of 22, and they added outdoor outlets for me. My house is old and couldn’t handle anymore stuff. They had my breaker box replaced, they contacted the power company for me, and had my meter replaced and it was the best customer service. Fast forward to December of 23, I had very small issue with the labeling on the break box, they sent their guys out and fixed it immediately. I’m so grateful for the help, and great customer service I got. Also all the electricians that were in and out of my house were awesome, and very professional.”

“Second time to use K Bar. They came and fixed an absolute mess I had got scammed on by a previous electrician. What the previous electrician left was an absolute disaster. K Bar and specifically, Shad and Logan, came in and saved the day. The work is absolutely exceptional and first rate. Communication is top tier- when they say they will be there at a certain time- they are there. What you discuss with them you want done, they do to perfection. “My mother called to see if anyone could come out and fix a wiring issue in Morton Tx. They said they would call when they were on the way and never showed up or Called! Called back the next day and said they would try to make out on Monday. Monday comes around and still not a word. They never did call my mom back! My mom got sick of waiting around for these guys and had her brother fix the issue. My uncle even went to the actually business and offered to pay before hand so they could make it to Morton and they gave him the same run around. I'm not sure if they were that swamped with orders but they could of at least let one of us know what the deal was. Not recommended at all! They for sure will not call you back!”
