He took the time to explain what was going on so I could understand. Because of Ray and his great customer service and execution I will be using Mr. Electric in the future as well referring to people in need.”

“I scheduled for someone to simply change the battery in my smoke detector. My ceiling is about 14 or 16 feet. The guy came to look at it and quoted me over $400 to do a simple task as described. After speaking with the company again, the tech came back and quoted the simple job of changing a battery in a smoke detector a whopping $260. I literally wasted $59 which is what is charged for a tech to come out. And the fact that I googled them and they had pretty good googled reviews which is why I chose them. But now I feel like it was an absolute waste of my money giving a $59 fee for absolutely nothing.”
