“If I could give zero reviews I would. Came by a day prior than their scheduled appointment without any phone call, change of appointment time or notice. We weren't available. Obviously because the appointment was for Thursday not Wednesday. Appointment was scheduled this morning (Thursday) for 930am. Arrived prior to 9am again without communication of time change however, I was home and did answer door to two young gentleman immediately catching an attitude. Telling me they had been knocking for well over 5 minutes. (It had been MAYBE two) my grandmother assured them it was not 5 minutes as well and I just asked them not to catch any attitudes with us. They got maybe 5 feet in the door, raised their voices and threw hands in the air (all on my security cameras) and told me that's it you can hire another electrician and walked out the door. I tried to call and make a complaint and was told by the man I can only assume is the owner that I was the problem here and they would love to come back now if I was not there to complete the work. I did not and still do not feel safe allowing these two men alone in my house after their outburst nor alone with my disabled grandmother in a home unsupervised. Upon telling the man that, he simply just hing up on me. Extremely unprofessional and clearly these young kids have some bad attitudes while on the clock. Would NOT recommend them at all if you want anything professional done. So thankful the entire ordeal was caught on camera as I'll be sharing it with my friends and family soon.”
