“Rick with Neely Electric was straightforward and honest the entire way through our complex's very stressful time when a 3-story tree fell and ripped the electrical system straight off the exterior wall. Rick drove 100+ miles away just to grab a part that was out of stock everywhere else. On top of that, Rick stayed at our complex an entire extra day waiting on the electrical company to turn the power back on to make sure we were set. By far the most attentive customer service I've witnessed. Thank you, Rick!”

I’ve personally worked with Rick for over 15 years, and my bosses have trusted him for more than 30—there’s a reason for that kind of longevity. He has an ability to solve problems that other electricians simply can’t. “Rick Neely saved our Christmas lights several years ago by replacing our GFCI outlet in our garage, and yesterday he saved our heater by replacing the breaker! Every time we've needed him, it was NOT an "emergency", but Rick has come out the same day I call him! He is always super friendly, communicates very well, and arrives right when he says he will. He is extremely professional and has us up and running in about 5 minutes! Maybe less! Yesterday, we weren't immediately sure the breaker was the only issue with the heater, and Rick checked in with me several times throughout the day to make sure it was functioning and we didn't need further assistance before today's very cold temps arrived. I very highly recommend him and will ONLY use him for any future electrical needs!!”
