“Review Diamond in the Rough..... Juan I have to be totally honest here- My Wife & I couldn’t be more impressed with the work Juan did on our solar panel bird netting installation. From start to finish, the attention to detail, professionalism, and craftsmanship were outstanding. The installation was clean, secure, and clearly done with pride—everything looks great and functions exactly as it should. It’s obvious Juan truly knows his trade. Not only was the quality of work top-notch, but the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear, punctuality was on point, and the job was completed efficiently without cutting corners. If you’re looking for someone reliable who delivers excellent results, I highly recommend Sun Valley Solar. This is the kind of service ”

“I want to thank Kelly, Manda, Bill and the whole team at Sun Valley Solar Solutions. They added an expansion pack to my existing system that was only about 3 months old. 2 days ago, my Powerwall went offline and troubleshooting with Tesla didn't work so they scheduled a tech to come out and the soonest was almost 2 months later at the end of July. I contacted Sun Valley and they were able to get someone out within 48 hours. Turns out I need a new expansion pack but I'm grateful for Sun Valley's support and helpfulness.”

“Mixed experience. The on-site crew was great, courteous, professional, and did high-quality work with solid craftsmanship. However, the overall cost structure felt disappointing, especially with the 10-year warranty. I was charged a substantial mandatory diagnostic fee even though I already knew exactly what the issue was. Then, there was an additional fee for the second visit to install the replacement part (which was covered under the manufacturer's warranty). In the end, the combined cost of those two service visits exceeded the price of buying a brand-new part outright. It would be helpful if the company were more transparent about these extra fees upfront, as they significantly increased the total expense”

“URGENT WARNING: BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I would rate them 0 stars! The salesman, who claimed to be the owner, was nothing but a BIG LIAR. I told him I met with numerous companies, and needed to get it right to avoid complications with my SKEPTICAL husband. He promised he was different from other salespeople and said all the right things to gain my trust. I was managing this process solo, and being vision impaired, I had him explain the contract in depth so I could understand the terms. I trusted him because he seemed sincere. He told me unlike other companies, they don't advertise but rely on consumer referrals, which is why they get it right the first time. He assured me that the panels would be sufficient and that their quote was significantly lower than others. He mentioned that if I t”

“Sun Valley Solar Solutions team has many layers designed to complete inspections for electrical capabilitiy, battery location, solar panel layout design and location/placement for the equipment. They own the install. This multistep process is not outsourced. A project manager is assigned and communication is outstanding. Their product is top of the line. I went with 2 Tesla batteries 42A, 26 Silfab panels 370 HC, Enphase IQ8Plus-72-2-US inverter. Every effort is taken to protect the roof and panels. I give the entire team top recommendations with a special shout out to Adrianne, Bill and Doug.”

“Sun Valley Solar recently completed a battery installation project at our house in Fountain Hills. Their team was professional, completed the installation timely and were responsive to questions throughout the process. They interacted with the utility provider as needed to get the system up and running. We had some curve balls to deal with through the process, bad battery, confusion internally at the utility provider, inspection needs, and Sun Valley Solar dealt with all of this constructively. I would recommend them to friend/family.”

“Honestly expected hidden costs somewhere along the way, but the final bill matched the original quote exactly. One of the panels arrived with a scratch and they replaced it before I even mentioned it. That level of attention made me feel comfortable recommending them to neighbors.”

“I am highly impressed with Sun Valley Solar Solutions. Manda was a a terrific project manager. Communication was timely and detailed and they ended up completing the installation 4 weeks earlier than expected. In part this is because SRP did their work in a timely way but also because follow-up from the SVSS team was very quick when issues came up. The installation crew was pleasant and hard working and explained when I had questions. I was a little nervous about using the Tesla app to appropriately schedule when the battery was used to cover On Peak time frames and was relieved to have support from Bill who is amazing. He knows so much about the battery, the apps (Tesla app and Netzero automation), and SRP process and metering, that set up was quick and his “tutoring” was helpful. I”

“Happy with their work. 3+ years later and working great. Inverter died after about a year but they replaced in about a month for free. Timeline of project went as expected. Seemed like a quality install. Would recommend and use them again! We paid cash so unsure about their financing/lease options.”

“Hi, I have contracted with Sun Valley Solar to provide my house with solar electrical and battery backup. The battery backup is from General Power Cell. They've done a really clean job installing the battery pack and panels on my roof. I recommend them to others!”
