Sd Electric Technologies

Sd Electric Technologies works as electricians based in Chula Vista. They focus on electrical services for homes and businesses across the local area with an emphasis on getting jobs done right the first time. Source details show they cover repairs and installations that keep properties running safely and efficiently. Homeowners in Chula Vista face heavy demands from Texas heat that drives up air conditioning loads along with occasional storms that can knock out power or damage panels. This setup means electricians here spend plenty of time addressing overloaded circuits and outdated wiring that older homes often carry.

They perform electrical repairs on faulty outlets and wiring that fails during peak summer use. Crews handle panel upgrades to add capacity for new appliances or home additions while also installing lighting systems for better visibility in garages and yards. EV charger installation comes up regularly as more residents switch to electric vehicles and need dedicated circuits run from the main panel. Work typically starts with a site visit to check existing setups then moves to targeted fixes that avoid full rewires unless necessary. In Chula Vista the combination of high temperatures and growing vehicle tech creates steady calls for these exact upgrades rather than one off emergency patches.

Customers rate the company highly for quick response times when outages hit and for work that holds up without callbacks. Quality stands out in how installations match local codes and last through harsh weather while pricing stays straightforward without surprise add ons. Communication keeps homeowners informed on timelines and options so decisions stay simple. These patterns across the full set of feedback build the overall rating that reflects real performance on the ground. DIRT Score 4.68 from 100 reviews on Finds.

“Aaron and Brian did an amazing job installing my upgraded panel and car charging outlet!! They were timely, kind, professional and we had an amazing experience getting all the work done quickly and efficiently! They cleaned up nicely and I’m so grateful to have had them be the ones to help me with this project! If you are looking at other options, don’t—they will deliver what you need for the best price!”

“I’ve hired this electrician three separate times now, and every experience has been excellent. He consistently does high-quality work, shows up on time, and completes the job efficiently. His pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of workmanship and professionalism he provides. It’s hard to find someone reliable, but he has proven time and time again that he’s dependable and skilled. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician.”

“I cannot recommend SD Electric highly enough. After multiple past experiences with electricians who overcharged, communicated poorly, or did work that was incomplete or incorrect, working with Nars with SD Electric was genuinely different. From the start, their communication, transparency, and professionalism stood out. My home was built in the 1930s and still has older wiring with several complex electrical challenges. This was not a straightforward job. SD Electric took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, troubleshoot intelligently, and explain options clearly, which immediately built trust. The level of care, attention to detail, and technical skill they brought was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. What impressed me most was their ability to find creative, code-conscious solutions on the spot—solutions that other electricians either missed or said were not possible. They successfully ran power from the new main panel to the subpanel, which was not an easy task given the layout and constraints. They also identified smart ways to add several receptacles to support modern appliances on older circuits, all while maintaining safety and functionality. The complete rewire of the panel was outstanding. The work quality was excellent, and everything was done with intention and precision. Even the finish work was outstanding—the installs looked clean and professional, and they took great care to minimize disruption. I was amazed by how little drywall repair was needed compared to previous electricians who left large holes and damage behind. SD Electric also cleaned up thoroughly, which says a lot about their standards. Perhaps most surprising was the cost: SD Electric delivered better solutions at a fraction of the price—roughly a third of what others had quoted for less thoughtful work. If you have an older home, complex electrical issues, or simply want an electrician who is skilled, communicative, honest, and respectful of your property, SD Electric is exceptional. I would absolutely hire them again and would gladly provide a personal reference.”

“I was very happy with the service and quick response time. I will most definitely be using this company again and recommending to friends and neighbors. The techs were very thorough and explained everything making sure we understood and were knowledgeable in answering all our questions.”

“We’ve hired Leo and his team twice now, and both times, the experience reminded us why we’ll keep going back to them anytime we need electrical work. The first job was a pretty major one — upgrading our main power box. It wasn’t a small task and involved getting permits from the city, coordinating inspections, and making sure everything was up to code. Leo and his team handled every step with a level of professionalism and care that immediately put us at ease. We didn’t have to chase anyone down or worry about anything falling through the cracks — they simply took care of it, and they did it right. This year, we reached out again to have recessed lighting installed in our family room. Same experience: dependable, respectful, and efficient. They showed up on time, worked neatly, and didn’t try to upsell or cut corners. Just solid, honest work at a fair price. In a world where it’s not always easy to find contractors you can truly trust, Leo and his team stand out. They’re the kind of people you keep in your contacts and recommend to friends and family without hesitation. We’re really grateful to have found them.”
