“I would say my initial interaction was good. My only concern is that after the installation of my meter pole there not a point of attachment or porcelain insulator for CPS to connect on to my pole which the CPS engineering brought to my attention. I then called, emailed and my fiance went to there office building to inquire if this item should have been included in the installation. I have not received any responses at all. I would have paid extra to have it done. My service has now been delayed for weeks and I ordered the parts and will install it myself. I'm very disappointed for the lack of communication and care of a customer who was looking forward to having electrity on my property. I hope Dennis well but also want the public to be aware.”
