Gray Electric & Service Llc

Gray Electric & Service Llc takes on electrical jobs from its base in Cibolo, Texas. John Gray runs the outfit and fields calls for work at homes in the area. The crew handles installs and fixes such as mounting heavy fixtures that need reinforced boxes and sorting out ceiling fans along with broader updates on houses. Dominic and Mario show up for these calls along with John when needed. Hours run from seven in the morning to five in the afternoon on weekdays with the shop closed on weekends.

Homeowners reach out when a new chandelier needs a solid box to hold its weight or when a ceiling fan stops working right after install. One call brought Dominic out the same morning to sort an advanced electrical problem before lunch. Mario returned to a fan job and took the whole unit apart section by section until he located the fault then put it back together the same way. Other jobs have covered repeated electrical updates across two houses over five years with no follow up troubles reported.

Calls get answered fast with someone often on site the next day or even within a couple hours. Pricing comes back reasonable and crews stay courteous through the whole job. John keeps in touch directly and the team covers local spots around Santa Clara and Cibolo without extra delays. Work stays focused on straightforward repairs and installs that keep power running steady at the house.

Reviews point to steady honest and reliable results across many jobs with no issues after years of use. Quick responses and solid fixes come up again and again as reasons people stick with the company. DIRT Score 3.6 from 8 reviews on Finds.

“Excellent customer service!!! Called around 9 (John was very helpful), Dominic was at my place by 11 and my advanced issue was solved by noon. Pricing was very fair. Dominic was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. I have found my go to electrician in this area. Highly recommend! Five stars all the way.”

“💡🔧 Need an electrician you can trust? Let me highly recommend Gray Electrical Services LLC! 🙌 We recently bought a new chandelier for our dining room—a beast at 70 lbs 😅—and it needed a heavy-duty box and expert hands to install it right. 🛠️ I called John Gray, the owner, and the very next day he sent over Mario and his assistant. These guys brought the white glove service 🧤—quick response, super courteous, and professional from start to finish. 💯💪 Our chandelier is now shining bright and secure thanks to their top-tier work. ✨ If you need electrical work done, don’t hesitate—give Gray Electrical Services a call. 🔌📞”

“Cannot recommend John Gray enough! He is honest, helpful, knowledgeable, reasonable, and kind. He has helped me more than once, and is willing to go above and beyond to take care of his customers. I don’t even remember how we originally found him, but I’m so glad we did. He’s the best!”

“Honest and reliable work. Every time I call the are on it. I’ve been using Gray electric for over 5 years and done many updates to two houses. I’ve never had a single issues with their work. I’d go so far as to say that they’re the most reliable company I’ve had so work for me at my homes ever!”

“We need more honest and reliable companies like this one! Highly recommend!”

“I don't do reviews, but all theses people are not lying! John & Mario are awesome, a small problem with a ceiling fan install Mario came back and dissembled the fan piece by peace until he found the issue and reassembled the fan piece by piece. My wife and I are more than happy with Gray Elec. This has been the third time we've used them and wont be the last”
