“They are very friendly and nice people, but their communication is horrible! Donnie‘s plumbing came out November 20 24 because my dishwasher was not working correctly and I put in a claim through my home warranty company. Cody at Donnies told me that they would order the part and get back with me but never did. I called my home warranty company and each time they would get in contact with Donnie’s and Donnie’s with promise them to reach out to me, but they never reached out. Here we are one year later and the warranty company has decided just to give me a whole new dishwasher since I have went a year without one. 🤯”

“I have had hit and miss service from this location, but after my last service with the owners own son, I know these gentlemen care for their customers. They have had some turnover of some less than steller employees, and seem to have turned over a new leaf. They have to deal with so much traffic and receive so many calls a day for jobs, it is astounding that they are not plum wore out in this Texas heat.
