About

Sheetz Pro Mechanical works as an electrician out of Comanche, Texas. They cover electrical services for homes and businesses in the region, handling everything from checking outlets to installing generator connections. The company handles a range of electrical needs that come up in rural Texas towns like Comanche, where storms and heat can knock out power or wear down systems. Homeowners often call for quotes on backup power or fixes to faulty plugs that cause daily headaches. Crews respond to issues with wiring in older homes common around here and make sure everything meets safety standards without extra delays.

Sheetz Pro Mechanical handles electrical calls by sending techs for plug inspections and generator connection quotes at houses around Comanche. One job involved a tech checking outlets then scouting the exterior for plugs even after the owner said there were none outside, which dragged out the visit. Other calls bring two man crews that show up on time after a same day callback, stay neat on site, and explain the electrical work clearly before starting. Crews under Steve get called when systems fail and focus on quick diagnosis plus repairs to keep power running in the Texas summer without dragging things out longer than needed.

Reviews show mixed results on speed with some fast arrivals and others slow walks around the property, solid quality on finding issues right away, and poor marks on price when parts get marked up heavily from sixty seven dollars to six hundred seventy five. Communication draws notice for quick callbacks yet frustration when techs ignore what owners say. Overall the low marks come from those cost surprises and time issues that add up across jobs. What Customers Say

I needed them to come out and check some plugs and give a quote for a generator connection. The tech wasted a lot of time. He walked around my house to look for outside plugs even after I told him I had no outside plugs. The tech stated he didn't care what the customer said he was still going to check. The tech even took my thermostat apart in an effort to waste time. My house is not that big, and a lot of time was wasted. After two hours he said that he would now need to go under the house or look in the attic... Which normally I would have been okay with if the tech did not keep stating "I don't know how much they charge an hour" No plugs were resolved and no quote was given. It has been 3 days and I am still waiting on a quote even after I called and they stated that they would send it right over. I feel that not only was this a waste of my time but, the value of work was horrible. I called another company and they came out and did ALL the work and did it in an hour and a half!!!! I would never, ever call on this company again for any work. In my opinion, I could not recommend this company to anyone in good conscience. I have called once again and requested an invoice to see what I paid for. I am still waiting ...........

Called and left a voicemail. I received a callback within an hour. Gave us a next day appointment for 9 am. Two guys came on time. They were super nice, informative, responsive, clean in both appearance and in their job. They came for a water heater job. My husband mentioned a blockage in our plumbing and they did not hesitate to help us. They didnt reschedule another visit they just did it all in one visit! They cleaned our plumbing made sure everything was good. They explained to us it's a city issue. They called the city to have it looked into. Joseph and Corey did wonderful! Thanks a ton!!!!

Still waiting on special order part, The Guys are very Polite, and didn't take anytime at all to find the issue, Hopefully the new board will fix the problem. Just be aware,They hundred times your price on some parts.,our part was to cost $67.50, we end up paying $675. Now that's Not Cool, But hopefully this new board will take the heat out from under our collar

Steve and his crew have always been there for us when stuff gets broken. You don’t want your AC down in the Summertime in Texas and you don’t want your water down any time. During this COVID recovery it’s very nice to see someone out there getting stuff done promptly and efficiently. Kudos to Sheetz Mechanical.

Electrical work. Checked outlets, put cover plate and outside light switch with light for outside. Did not have parts and left to go get them. Maybe 3-4 hours work total with a 700 dollar bill. Per tech, could not provide a quote for the service or estimate due to new billing system. Overpriced and buyer beware. Enough, I will not use this company.
